Welcome to Miss Wishing Well. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products & Orders
All cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and may be made to order.
- Product images are for reference only. Minor variations in colour, decoration, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including customization requests, contact information, and pickup or delivery preferences.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel a paid order, a refund will be issued.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and delivery fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Orders must be paid in full before they are processed unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Cancellation requests, order modifications, and claims involving damaged or incorrect products are subject to our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup or delivery details when placing an order.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect customer information, missed pickups, or improper handling and storage after the order has been received, except where required by law.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content, including product images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, belongs to Miss Wishing Well or its respective owners and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, and website content when necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in preparing and handling our products. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Miss Wishing Well is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from improper transportation, storage, or handling after the products have been received.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
